After car washing I don’t see any towels that was bit disappointing. The only advantage is wash center is opened for 24hours

Coming from Texas where I used to go with automatic car wash service. I didn’t know how to use the self car wash service here in Bellevue. Fortunately, a bbcw employee explained everything to me and I got my car washed like a brand new.

Used the Bellevue Brown Bear today after having a great experience at the Fremont location, and the difference was significant. The Bellevue setup seems poorly organized. Multiple customers were using or waiting for the vacuum stations in a way that blocked access to the wash lanes, creating unnecessary backups and delays. The wash and vacuum traffic flows are not clearly separated, which leads to congestion and frustration for customers who are simply trying to get through the wash. What stood out most was that there appeared to be no active management of traffic flow. At the Fremont location, the layout is much more efficient—cars complete the wash and then move to a separate vacuum area without interfering with incoming wash traffic. The process feels intuitive and well organized. The Bellevue location would benefit from better lane design, clearer signage, or staff direction to prevent vehicles from blocking wash access while vacuuming or detailing their cars. The wash itself was fine, but the overall customer experience was negatively impacted by the lack of organization.

Took my car through here the other day after a week of commuting, and it cleaned up pretty well. The line moved quickly, and I was in and out without much waiting. Most of the dirt and road dust came off, and the car looked noticeably better afterward. The location is convenient if you're already running errands nearby. Nothing fancy, but it made a difference and saved me the time of washing it myself.

I’m giving three stars because, on the day I visited, they were out of soapy water. We had washed our hands for about three minutes before realizing there was only warm water available. When we reached out to the store, the staff seemed confused at first, but they eventually confirmed that there was no soapy water. They went back to the shop to address the issue but were unable to resolve it. After a wait of about 35 minutes, the staff returned and offered us a coupon to use next time. During our wait, they should have noticed that the soapy water was gone instead of relying on the customer to find out. Additionally, after we left the shop, they did not inform the customer behind us about the lack of soapy water. Since we have the coupon, we will visit again and see if the issue is improved.
